Our journey begins with a simple, thoughtful form where you can share your travel dreams, preferences, and the level of investment you’d like to make in your experience.

This allows me to tailor every recommendation specifically to your family’s unique needs.

Personal Consultation

After reviewing your form, we’ll connect — either by phone, video, or email — for a complimentary initial consultation.

This conversation helps me better understand your priorities and create a trip that fits your family perfectly.

Customized Proposals

I’ll present carefully selected destination, cruise, or resort options that reflect your family’s wishes, style of travel, and investment range.

You’ll receive thoughtful suggestions designed to make your experience magical and stress-free.

Seamless Booking and Payments

Once you select your vacation, I take care of all the booking details — including hotel or cruise reservations, park tickets, excursions, and insurance.

I will also handle payments on your behalf, coordinate any necessary calls with suppliers, and help arrange a payment plan if you choose.

Personalized Planning

Throughout your planning journey, I’ll provide ongoing assistance — including reminders for important milestones such as cruise check-in dates, dining and park reservations, and travel document preparation.

I’ll be here for anything you need, making the entire process easy and enjoyable from start to finish

Planning Fees

For most vacations, I do not charge a separate planning fee — I am compensated directly by the travel supplier as part of your vacation package.

However, for non-commissionable travel experiences, a planning fee may apply.

If a planning fee is necessary for your itinerary, I will always explain it clearly and transparently before moving forward, ensuring there are no surprises.
